We believe that the early years of childrens lives are crucial to learning and development and nurturing relationships are especially important.
Our aim is to provide a quality education and care service in which valued learning experiences are offered and children are involved, happy and supported to develop positive relationships and given opportunities and time to explore.
In 2013 our service received a National Quality Standard Rating of EXCEEDING.
For this to occur our staff
* promote a play based learning focus
* register and support new applicants with the necessary values and knowledge to become confident educators
* visit educators to support and assist with practices, experiences and everyday routines that encourage each child’s development and wellbeing
* meet families to provide and exchange information about children on and throughout enrolment
* work closely with educators to monitor and record children’s progress (guided by an Educational Leader)
* promote continuous improvement through professional resources and training
